Purovets is a friendly small animal practice based in the beautiful countryside just one hour from Central London. Our modern, well-equipped air-conditioned practice provides a fantastic work environment for our experienced veterinary team.
Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a generous CPD allowance of £1750 plus up to 5 days annual leave (pro-rata for part-time). We also offer a pension scheme, company sick pay, RCVS fees paid, and two other subscriptions.
Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated veterinary surgeon to join our team on a full or part-time basis. As a member of our team, you will be working alongside an experienced full-time vet with some sole charge, as well as being supported by their superb RVNs, practice manager, and receptionist.
As a veterinary surgeon at Purovets, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, conducting routine check-ups, and performing surgical procedures. You will also be involved in providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall success of our practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified veterinary surgeon with a strong passion for small animal care. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, be highly organized, and possess excellent time management skills. Additionally, you should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
