Highfield Company Contract Oversight

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Contract Oversight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our contracts from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and budget.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure fair terms and conditions.
- Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion and profitability.
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and deliverables.
- Overseeing site works to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in contracts management, preferably in the steel fabrication industry.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- A valid full driving license.
- Effective leadership and communication skills.
