We are seeking a highly skilled Telesales Team Leader to join our sales team in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and mentor a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Create and implement effective sales strategies and training programs to enhance team performance
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
* Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and provide related reports as required

**Requirements:**

* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Skilled in prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks to meet deadlines
* Experience in managing and motivating teams to achieve targets
* Excellent analytical and numeracy skills to interpret data and draw conclusions
* Knowledge of the postal and parcel industry and market sectors
* Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft CRM
* Valid UK driving licence

**Additional Information:**

Our Telesales Team leader can earn up to an additional 40% of their basic monthly salary.
