Business Analyst Opportunity at Sanderson

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Sanderson, working on claims projects across processes, technology, and future centralisation. As a Business Analyst, you will be involved from the discovery stage through to the release of the end process, using your experience to transform the way our company works across Claims Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the mobilisation, inception, and planning phases of projects, leveraging your expertise in business analysis.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, lead updates, and challenge requirements to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, identifying innovative automation and efficiency outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and relevant information, driving business value through effective stakeholder management.
  • Utilise your experience with market-leading claims systems, such as Guidewire, to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in claims and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to lead workshops, communicate effectively, and challenge requirements when necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Experience within the insurance sector is desirable, as is familiarity with Guidewire or similar systems.
