Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified nurse who has an interest in Practice Nursing and Diabetes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to train and develop their skills in diabetic care, working closely with our experienced team to provide exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities

The main roles of this position will include:

  • Providing diabetic reviews and foot checks
  • Managing insulin therapy and maintaining disease registers
  • Working on practice-specific projects to improve patient outcomes

Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has an Adult Nursing Degree
  • Is passionate about nursing and patient care
  • Has a keen interest in diabetes and a desire to develop their skills in this area
  • Is keen to learn and progress in their career
