Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Garment Refinisher to join our team at BCT Resourcing. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating automated heat press machines to add designs on various garments.

Main Duties:

  • Observe sewing operation to detect defects in stitching and notify any faults to supervisor.
  • Apply customer logos to a range of indoor and outdoor work clothing using heat sealing presses.
  • Finish and Inspect garments after logo application for proper quality control.
  • Work accurately with attention to detail and efficiently to the highest standard of quality and meet timescales.
  • Comply with all aspects of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Highlight to the department supervisor if any equipment necessary for performing your duties is malfunctioning or requires maintenance.
  • Provide feedback to the Supervisor on process improvements.
  • Keep a safe, tidy, and clean place of work for you, other employees and visitors.
  • Undertake training deemed necessary to allow you to carry out your work safely and efficiently and assist in your personal development.
  • Assist with general day to day department duties including Routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
  • Assist with warehouse support as required.
  • Assist with office support as required.
