Meritus is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to bolster their Procurement team. This pivotal role will involve managing vendor relationships, obtaining competitive quotations, and supporting the Procurement Manager in enhancing supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the Quotations Inbox to ensure timely and organised responses to requests for quotations.
* Identify, record, and secure discounts on quotations, while maintaining a discount and deal register.
* Collaborate closely with the Procurement Manager on supplier Terms and Conditions and vendor management.
* Assist in client and internal audits, supporting compliance and best practices in procurement.

Required Skills:

* Excellent negotiation skills with a professional and personable approach.
* Strong understanding of business Terms and Conditions, particularly in product supply.
* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams, with solid vendor management abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
