Caretaker - Student Housing

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at Student Roost. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our student accommodation properties.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements, to ensure the properties are safe and well-maintained.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and report them to the site manager.
- Work closely with the site manager and assistant manager to ensure any maintenance issues are raised and reported.
- Develop a keen understanding of planned preventative maintenance at the property and become the go-to person for PPM queries.
