About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Specialist to join our dynamic Finance Operations team in Manchester. As an Invoicing Professional, you will play a critical role in our financial operations, working closely with our Commercial Services teams to prepare and send bills to clients.

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in finance and take your career forward with a growing global company. You will be responsible for reviewing and processing high volumes of invoices efficiently and accurately within set time frames, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our legal teams to prepare and send bills to clients.
  • Review and process invoices efficiently and accurately within set time frames.
  • Generate diverse invoice types promptly, including standard bills, e-bills, composite bills, and multi-payor bills.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to ensure smooth billing processes for all clients and partners.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports on a regular basis.
  • Continuously seek process improvement opportunities, leveraging technology for automation.

What We Offer
