Role Overview
In our Manchester office, we're seeking an experienced Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our top-tier healthcare team. As a key member of our team, you'll handle complex caseloads and assist on predominantly NHS Resolution claims. Your strong technical skills and legal principles will be applied to a range of specific problems, ensuring the highest standards of client service.

The Role Responsibilities
- Handling complex caseloads and assisting on predominantly NHS Resolution claims.
- Applying strong technical skills and legal principles to a range of specific problems.
- Drafting and interpreting complex legal documents using specialist knowledge.
- Advising and counselling on claims involving breaches of professional standards.
- Conducting legal discussions and liaising with clients and witnesses.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Significant relevant experience in defendant clinical negligence practice, including medical malpractice, and experience dealing with multimillion-pound matters.
- Experience gained from a firm rated for healthcare work.
- Candidates at all levels from NQ will be considered.
