Automotive Mechanic

Salary: Up to £36,000 per year (depending on experience), with a bonus of up to £700 per month based on performance.
Holiday and Schedule: 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Work Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturday shifts (additional £50 for Saturday shifts).

You will be a key member of our workshop team, responsible for carrying out vehicle examinations, repairs, and maintenance tasks. As a skilled Technician, you will ensure all vehicles meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.
Main Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain cars and vans, ensuring all work meets high standards.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance to keep vehicles in optimal working condition.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload efficiently.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
Requirements: Previous experience as a Mechanic working with cars and vans is preferred, but not essential. We offer ongoing training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
