Main Responsibilities:

Constructing frameworks for Bathroom pods and Modular pods
Completing all stages of first and second fix joiner work within Bathroom pods and Modular pods
Utilizing power and hand tools, such as Combi drills, Impact drills, Multi-Tools, Collators, Digital Tape Measures, Routers, Circular Saws, and Jig Saws
Working within a joiner machine shop, using bench saws, cross-cuts, and chop saws (training will be provided)
Reporting all quality/design problems to the Production Supervisor
Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with Health and Safety requirements and other relevant legislation, as well as Elements Europe Risk Assessment and Procedures
Ensuring all works are manufactured in accordance with Elements Europe drawings and specifications
Maintaining housekeeping standards at the required level
Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with Elements Europe quality systems and checks

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience as a skilled joiner
Comfortable working at height using steps and A-frame ladders
Ability to work with minimal supervision
High level of attention to detail
Strong team player
Ability to take direction and ask questions if unsure
Punctual and reliable
Joinery/Carpentry Certificate (NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent) is preferred, but not essential
Working at Height training certificate
Understanding of technical drawings
Experience carrying out similar tasks
