Project Partners, a leading player in the Insurance and Financial Services Comparison industry, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to drive successful project outcomes. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably within the Insurance and Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
