About This OpportunityWe are seeking graduates with a degree in engineering or a related field to join our team as a Graduate Network Management System Software Engineer. As a member of our team, you will work alongside experienced professionals, receiving support and guidance to learn and grow in your role.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Graduate Network Management System Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Post Swap Performance team to gain customer acceptance by analyzing site, node, and antennae system issues to ensure they hit our targets.
- Liaising with stakeholders and customers to gain Performance Acceptance of site deployed.
- Supporting the triage of all sites with unaccepted status and working with Tier 2 Partners and Field Service Teams to return to site to address known issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Data analytical skills, with an understanding of the telecoms network.
- Experience in taking a lead with a project end-to-end, with a willingness to travel within the UK.
