McCarthy Stone is seeking a skilled Care and Support Professional to provide exceptional care and support to residents at their William House estate in Thatcham.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support, with a focus on enabling residents to live their later life well.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized care and support to residents
  • Delivering housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate
  • Supporting and encouraging residents to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
  • Assisting with appointments, transport, and shopping as needed

The successful candidate will be a warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment. They will have a strong passion for making a difference in the lives of older people and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy work setting.
