Leading Retail Team in Bristol

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Store Leader to fill the role of Deputy Store Manager in our Bristol Imperial Park store. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of store operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail management position, with excellent leadership and communication skills. They will be able to inspire and motivate their team members to deliver outstanding results and maintain a positive and productive working environment. In addition, they will be able to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance store performance and customer experience.

Our Deputy Store Managers are responsible for leading by example, driving sales growth, and ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the store. They also take on the role of Duty Manager in the absence of the Store Manager and contribute to the development of the store's overall strategy. The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
