Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Neonatal Service. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to provide expert care to newborn babies and their families.

Main Responsibilities

• 
  
• Develop and implement occupational therapy plans for neonates with complex needs
  
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  
• Conduct assessments and provide expert advice on occupational therapy interventions
  
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  
• Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  
• Postgraduate qualifications in Paediatric Occupational Therapy
  
• Experience working in neonatal settings
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
