We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our residential sales team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a positive and professional image of the company.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
