Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for a varied portfolio of Private Equity clients, and will have the following key responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the financial monitoring of client portfolios and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Coordinate and validate all work delivered by the team, and assist in the design of systems and processes to meet client needs.
- Manage relationships with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, custodians, and prime brokers.
- Produce client reporting and check Fund NAV reports.
Your Profile:
- You are fully qualified (e.g. ACA, ACCA) and have 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a Fund Accounting role, including NAV calculation, transfer Agent and investor servicing, and tax compliance.
- You have high-level experience with consolidation, IFRS/FRS accounting, and financial statements preparation.
- You are experienced in fund administration IT systems and can act on your own initiative to lead a team of fund administration professionals.
