Category Manager

AWE plc is seeking a skilled Category Manager to join our team. As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategy, supporting and executing strategic sourcing activities, and managing supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement category strategy to drive operational efficiency and supplier performance
- Support and execute strategic sourcing activities, including drafting and negotiating complex contractual arrangements
- Manage multiple stakeholders and priorities, including pricing arrangements and intellectual property rights
- Prepare tender packages, conduct tender conferences, and develop evaluation criteria
- Deliver change programs and work in cross-functional teams across multiple programs
