The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Diploma qualified Educator to join our team at George Street Children's Centre. As an Assistant Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children.

About Us

Our centre offers a unique and supportive work environment, with a focus on work-life balance. We cater for up to 75 children, with operating hours from 6:30am to 6:30pm. Our centre is equipped with the latest technology and learning resources, providing a stimulating and engaging environment for our children.

About You

  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check
  • First Aid certificate
