Job Opportunity: Floor Layer

We are seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our team at GHA Recruitment Ltd. Our client, based in Iver, is looking for a skilled professional to work on a permanent basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of various types of flooring, including timber, carpet, Altro / Cap and Cove, laminate / flat lay, and Polysafe / Vinyl. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and a five-year trackable employment history with no substantial gaps is required for security passes to be obtained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, repair, and maintenance of flooring types
  • Working on-site at Heathrow airport and other security-accessible sites
  • PC literacy and full driver's license are essential

What We Offer

The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive salary up to £34k, negotiable depending on experience, with enhanced night rates. A company works vehicle will be provided, and 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays will be offered. An end-of-year bonus is also included.
