We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our client's dynamic and innovative architectural design consultancy in Wigan. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural and interior design solutions for residential projects.

• Working on residential projects with strong technical detailing and drawing experience
• Staying up-to-date with current building regulations and industry developments
• Producing accurate design and access statements
• Collaborating with the team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
• Developing and maintaining a strong portfolio of residential and master planning projects

• CIAT accredited or working towards
• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology
• At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in a UK-based architectural practice
• Strong technical abilities and effective problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proactive approach to self-development and a willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong time management and organisational skills
