Hotel Housekeeping Manager Wanted in London
James Webber Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager to join their team in London. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in housekeeping operations and be able to manage a small team of housekeepers.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Hotel Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel
- Managing a team of housekeepers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
- Conducting daily inspections of the hotel rooms to ensure they meet the required standards
- Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in housekeeping services
- Recruiting, training, and developing housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Collaborating with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar housekeeping management role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and ability to implement them effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
