We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Room Leader to lead our nursery setting at Kids Planet Loughborough Road. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare services, while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for our children.

We offer a comprehensive salary package, including a pension plan, annual leave, and bank holidays. Our benefits also include free breakfast, lunch, and healthy snacks, as well as accredited training with our KP Academy.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of Level 3 qualification in a UK-recognised early years qualification and excellent knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding practices.
