Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of event planning and execution for multiple high-profile events, overseeing the entire project life cycle.
  • Creative leadership: engage in the creative aspects of each event, ensuring that the vision is reflected in every detail-from decor and design to the guest experience.
  • Develop critical paths: create and manage detailed timelines and critical paths for each event, outlining milestones for internal teams and external partners to follow.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met.
  • Team leadership: lead a cross-functional team of event professionals, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and adherence to project timelines and goals.
  • Venue management: identify and secure appropriate venues, manage on-site logistics, and ensure the smooth operation of event set-up, execution, and break-down.

Requirements:

  • 7 years+ of experience in event management, ideally within large-scale, multi-day events for high-profile clients.
  • A proven track record in leading end-to-end event production, from initial concept and creative design through to execution and post-event reporting.
  • Exposure to working with fashion or beauty brands.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, including creative, technical, and operational personnel.
