About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Managing Director, responsible for driving the organisation's digital innovation and commercial growth. As a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leadership, you will craft and execute a bold strategic vision for growth, integrating leading digital technologies to enrich services offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Champion operational excellence and set new benchmarks for quality, ensuring the customer is at the heart of every decision.
  • Financial Oversight: Align all commercial activities with the financial goals of the organisation, tracking and driving key financial performance indicators to ensure success.
  • Compliance and Quality Management: Foster a culture focused on achieving the best outcomes for students through high-quality program delivery and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
About You

You will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leadership at an executive level, preferably within the education or training sector. You will be adept at inspiring and motivating people and developing mutually beneficial commercial relationships. You will understand the growth potential presented by emerging digital technologies in the context of vocational training and look to capitalise on the opportunity it presents.
