About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Director to join our team at D3R Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with a deep understanding of e-commerce solutions, trends, and challenges. You will be able to consult with clients on their strategic business objectives and challenges, and collaborate with colleagues to develop roadmaps that align with business priorities.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Managing, qualifying, and prioritizing inbound leads and enquiries
  • Consulting with potential clients on requirements and potential solutions
  • Reviewing opportunities and requirements with colleagues to generate estimates
  • Producing high-quality, tailored proposals and responses for potential clients
  • Leading activity to close new business, drawing input from across the team as required
  • Ensuring a quality handover to the project delivery team
  • Providing regular pipeline updates
