**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced System Reliability Engineer to join our team at Ampa - Legal & Professional Services. As a key member of our infrastructure delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and availability of our systems.

With your expertise in system reliability engineering, you will work closely with our architecture and project delivery teams to deliver continuous improvement initiatives across our infrastructure. Your strong analytical skills will enable you to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic environment. You should have a keen mind for problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to working.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensuring the ongoing stability and availability of systems.
  • Monitoring, maintaining, and supporting systems and software to ensure stability and compliance to technology standards.
  • Event detection, resolution, and/or escalation – conducting root cause analysis and remediation as required.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience working as part of an infrastructure delivery team.
  • Experience in virtualisation technologies, networking, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

**Salary**

£65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
