Key Responsibilities:

* Use your artistry skills and product expertise to ensure each customer goes away with a bag full of luxurious makeup and the confidence to use NARS techniques to express their own personal vision of beauty.
* Learn our customer engagement approach to create strong connections with customers through the brand history and high-performance formulas, securing brand loyalty to NARS and yourself as an Artist.
* Reach and exceed performance targets, using the tools and training provided to express your creativity and be the best makeup artist you can be.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable retail Makeup Artistry experience
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Self-motivated and results-driven
* Alignment with the group's 'Trust8' working principles: Think Big, Take Risks, Hands on, Collaborate, Be Open, Act with Integrity, Be Accountable, Applaud Success
