We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Ambassador to join our team at Equals One Ltd. This exciting new business role will focus on regions in the UK, requiring a self-motivated, highly organised individual who can work autonomously as well as within a team.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Ambassador will be 100% outbound focused, researching and cold-calling predetermined prospects to sell products and book field-based appointments for larger potential customers who require a face-to-face meeting. This will involve:

  • Researching and contacting prospects, and where needed, gaining appointments for the field-based team
  • Selling products directly to customers where an in-person appointment is not required
  • Updating the account on ZOHO CRM with new prospects to build data and maximise opportunities
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders, including Customer Support and Marketing, while supporting the field-based teams to drive business goals
  • Effective use of the sales process to sell on brand/quality/value and encourage repeat business

The successful Regional Sales Ambassador will achieve substantial daily dials (approx. 24 per day), new social media connections (at least 10 daily) and talk time of approx. 3 hours per day. They will also communicate and build rapport with customers through effective listening and achieve monthly revenue targets set by the National Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend remote/in-person team meetings, conferences, awards and training days when requested by senior management
  • Display excellent product/service knowledge and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver this knowledge and product information over the telephone or in a presentation format when required

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of success in a high-volume telephone sales/service environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work autonomously as well as within a team. They will demonstrate evidence of being able to achieve targets, create positive and memorable first impressions over the telephone, and utilise a sales process with effective questioning. Excellent organisational and planning skills, ability to manage competing demands arising from internal and external relationships, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also essential.

Their dedicated team is based primarily in Leeds, with a showroom and meeting space in London and a remote sales team. The company’s mission statement is to empower, honour and serve those who serve others.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary with a healthy commission structure, matched pension contribution, and an Annual Wellbeing Allowance. The successful Regional Sales Ambassador will also be based in a contemporary office in Farsley, Leeds, with on-site parking and a high street with two gyms in walking distance.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
