About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Supervisor to join our team at McCarthy Stone. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the care and support teams, overseeing the security of the development, and coordinating activities that promote community spirit. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents, and providing emergency support during sleeping hours.

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment. You will have excellent care skills and be able to think on your feet. You will also be able to make a positive difference to the lives of our residents.

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.

You will be a driven individual who is keen to take on new challenges and continue to grow your skills. You will be able to lead by example and make a positive impact on the wellbeing and happiness of our residents.
