Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver planned preventive and reactive maintenance services to clients across multiple sites
  • Assist in the delivery of excellent customer service resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first-time fix, and quality workmanship
  • Carry out tasks such as patch plastering/rendering, protection, carpentry works, floor coverings, wall tiling, and general repair work

The ideal candidate will have time-served experience across multiple trades, ideally in a building fabric role. A valid UK driver's license and experience working within a customer-facing environment are also essential.
