Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Retrofit and Sustainability

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Retrofit and Sustainability projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Retrofit and Sustainability projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Retrofit and Sustainability projects
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
