Job Title: All Store Manager

Are you a motivated and experienced retail professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at Naylor's Equestrian Llp.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Store Manager who can lead our store team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maximize store profitability. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the store team, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve sales.
  • Manage stock levels, inventory, and merchandise displays to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the visual team to develop merchandising skills, standards, and commercial opportunities.
  • Understand and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet business needs.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
