About Us

10x Value Partners is a leading think tank and investment firm founded by Christian Schroeder. Our focus lies in value investing across various asset classes, with a concentration on technology start-ups and impact investing.
We have successfully executed two industry roll-ups and several other investments that collectively raised over $1 billion in funding.
We are now seeking talented executives to collaborate with us in creating the next generation of successful roll-up companies. Our pre-approved business models have shown significant promise, with 50% of our past projects raising over $10 million in follow-on funding.

Job Role

  • Assume strategic-level responsibilities in managing a cutting-edge tech company backed by venture capital.
  • Oversee M&A/transaction execution and/or operations/value creation initiatives, partnering with another co-founder if needed to cover both aspects.
  • Act as general manager, accountable for profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets.
  • Build, lead, and motivate an energetic team focused on achieving results.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions in an entrepreneurial manner.
  • Nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business partners (internal and external).

Requirements

  • You desire to start your own company but seek support in finding the right idea, securing funding, and making pivotal decisions.
  • You possess experience working in top-tier consulting, investment banking, or private equity, or as a senior manager in a successful tech start-up.
  • You have deep expertise in an industry suitable for a roll-up and ideally bring an initial pipeline of deals for acquisition.
  • Ambitious individuals with outstanding academic and professional track records are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and effective communication abilities are essential.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Compensation Package

  • Potential to earn a salary range between $150,000 - $250,000 per annum following seed funding receipt.
