About the Role

LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare is seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead and manage our National Paediatric and Oncology nursing team in a period of exciting growth.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of clinical services, whilst driving team performance to meet key business objectives.

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a regional team of nursing service managers to deliver high-quality clinical care.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of clinical services in line with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Drive performance by setting clear KPIs and objectives for the team.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and high standards across the nursing team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll be:

  • A Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and SACT or Paediatric experience and knowledge.
  • Have a full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel nationally.
  • Proven experience in managing clinical operations, ideally within a healthcare or homecare environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance within a clinical setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on hitting KPIs and delivering high-quality patient care.
