Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team at Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide high-quality clinical services to patients and their families, working in an identified adult community mental health pathway.

Main Duties

  • Delivering occupational therapy interventions to individuals experiencing mental health-related difficulties.
  • Care coordination of an identified caseload with access to regular and robust support.
  • Working in a team environment, with the flexibility to work across pathways as needed.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Person Specification

Essential

  • Dip COT or degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Post and pre-registration experience in a range of clinical settings.

Desirable

  • CPD Folder evidence of ongoing learning and development.
  • Experience of integrating care delivery across multi-disciplinary/multi-agency teams.
