We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our client's team, ensuring customer quality standards are met or exceeded while managing the quality, inspection, and heat treatment departments.

This is a full-time position with working hours: Monday-Thursday 7am-4.30pm, with the expectation that additional hours are to be worked as and when required.

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 (opportunity for pay increase after 6 month's probation).

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management systems.
  • Manage the quality, inspection, and heat treatment departments.
  • Collaborate with customers on quality issues and monitor satisfaction.
  • Ensure relevant staff receive necessary training.
  • Maintain quality data in the Data Manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance management.
  • Familiarity with internal systems, including SAP recording and material certification processes.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
