Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to win business and have broad exposure to the business, leading Integrated Campaign Teams in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
  • Influence stakeholders and build relationships at all levels, including Embassies and Government Agencies that support exports.
  • Maximise sales, achieving commercial goals regarding revenues, market share, and customer loyalty.
  • Estimate and define sales plans and profitability targets, finalise budgets, and develop sales approaches to ensure the right customers are targeted and sales goals are met.
  • Optimise sales processes to support defined approaches, periodically set and revise sales plans and objectives to direct performance and achieve intended outcomes.
  • Analyse and evaluate commercial opportunities, ensuring their alignment with business strategy and objectives.
  • Identify potential competitive scenarios, develop winning strategies, and negotiate with customers to obtain contracts.
  • Monitor campaign plans and achievement of main milestones, manage commercial campaigns, and maintain campaign status reports.
  • Support the monitoring of the progress of the acquisition of orders, verify consistency with objectives, and address corrective actions.
  • Collect intelligence information, make information available in a timely manner, and report requests from customers.
