Your Role at Signature

As a Senior Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a defined area of the home, with the authority and accountability to make care decisions. You will be coordinating the care team, providing personal care to residents, leadership and guidance to the team, managing monthly routine medication, and supervising the team when delivering this. You will also respond to any and all emergency situations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the care team to ensure high-quality care is delivered to residents.
  • Provide personal care to residents, including administering medication and performing tasks as required.
  • Lead and guide the care team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Manage monthly routine medication and supervise the team when delivering this.
  • Respond to any and all emergency situations that may arise.

What Signature Offers

  • £24.00 per hour.
  • Shift times: 07:45-20:00. Alternate weekends required.
  • Part-time/Full-time Day shifts available.
  • Up to 30 days annual leave, starting at 25 plus 8 bank holidays depending on length of service.
