We are seeking a seasoned Product Assurance Manager to lead a team of quality engineers within our Force Protection Sector. This role is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and growing customer satisfaction.

Job Overview
  • This Product Assurance Manager role involves leading a team of quality engineers and independently representing and promoting Quality Assurance within a multi-national project.
  • You will support the project throughout all phases of the product lifecycle, with a focus on ensuring reliable products and improving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • You will develop and implement Product Assurance and Company Business procedures tailored to meet the project's needs.
  • As a Product Assurance Manager, you will identify and mitigate risks, issues, and provide feedback to internal customers.
  • You will be actively involved in ISO9000 and AS9100 assessments and internal quality audit activities.
Requirements
  • An experienced Quality Assurance/Engineering professional with a solid understanding of overall systems and Development and Production practices.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • A practitioner of current Quality Assurance problem-solving methods (8D, Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.).

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
