About the Role

Our community pharmacies play a vital part in caring for the health and wellbeing of our customers. As a Pharmacy Services Assistant/Dispenser, you will be joining a dynamic and supportive team of colleagues who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive difference in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing health advice and services to our patients through engaging conversations.
  • Ensure that every customer leaves the pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their healthcare needs.
  • Keep the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes.
  • Deliver the technical aspects of the dispensary, allowing and ensuring the safe supply of medicines.
  • Assist with sales and general store duties, including creating product displays and cash transactions.
About You

We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for customer service and a natural ability to build meaningful relationships with both patients and colleagues. You will need to demonstrate an upbeat, caring, and confident manner when serving and advising patients, as well as an enthusiasm and talent for problem solving and taking on new challenges.

Requirements
  • A Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification or Level 3 Dispensary qualification.
  • Experience of working in a retail background and using a stock control system would be desirable but not essential.
