Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Management Lead to join our team. As a senior member of our infrastructure management group, you will be responsible for delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across various sectors.

This role requires a strong background in project management, with experience in leading complex projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for developing and implementing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that client objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing project plans, including defining project requirements, establishing success criteria, and managing schedules of activity.
  • Managing the development of projects in accordance with approved plans and targets, including resource planning and procurement.
  • Leading and facilitating cross-functional project teams, monitoring performance, and applying performance management techniques.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, preparing formal project progress reports, and interfacing with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • NEC (3/4) accreditation preferred, with chartered or qualified status with ICE, APM, RICS, or equivalent.
  • Degree qualification in a construction-related subject.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in infrastructure projects.
