Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager to oversee the operational backbone of our dental laboratory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, financials, and client relationships. With a focus on delivering excellence, you will work closely with our global partners to mould and automate digital dental restorations.

The ideal candidate will have a business management background, excellent communication skills, and experience in people management. You should be able to break down problems and provide possible solutions, while consistently demonstrating behaviours that map to our core values: humble, hungry, and smart.

Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of laboratory business including financials
* Management of laboratory operation and organisation of systems for team implementation
* Face of the organisation dealing with client queries or issues
* Liaising with suppliers and vendors
* Operating lab management systems with incoming/outgoing cases
* Monthly invoicing processes
* Project management for new system implementation and periodic reviews

What We Offer
* A competitive salary of £25-30k based on experience and training requirements
* Up to £5k bonus based on EBITDA (profit) reaching strategic target
* Private Medical Insurance Coverage
* Working Hours – 35 hours per week to be delivered within a 5-day week and working day 8.30/9am start
