Serco Plc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team in Dudley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all requested repairs are carried out to the required standard and within our SLA deadlines.

Your role will involve working on a variety of tasks, including reactive and proactive maintenance, as well as pre-planned repairs. You will be required to purchase and manage materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers only.

We offer a competitive salary, up to 6% contributory pension scheme, vehicle, fuel card, and tools provided. You will also receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and career opportunities across our AASC contract.

As a Maintenance Operative, you will need a valid UK driver's licence and be willing and able to travel within the region and occasionally within the UK. All offers of employment are subject to security clearance checks and approval by the Home Office.
