Job Title: Accounts/Sales Executive

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Sales and Customer Experience Professional to join our team at Floors 4 You, a leading retailer in Shrewsbury.

We are passionate about providing the best choice, the best service, and the best quality to our customers. As a member of our sales team, you will play a key role in creating a positive environment for all customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach personal and store sales targets to maximise commission earnings.
  • Organise special promotions, displays, and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Participate in daily morning meetings, regular communication, and feedback to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Tour the sales floor regularly, engaging with colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues.
  • Maintain expertise through up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, and regular competitor analysis.
  • Ensure world-class standards are maintained at all times by adhering to Health & Safety guidelines and regularly reviewing product placement to maximise sales.
  • Work with customers to help them choose their perfect product and maximise sales.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate and influence across the business and be an ambassador of our people values and behaviours.
  • Strong commercial skills and a passion for exceptional customer service.

OTE £24-35,000 per annum. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent. Pay: £23,795.20-£28,000.00 per year. Additional pay: Commission pay. Benefits: On-site parking. Schedule: 8 hour shift. Day shift. Experience: Customer service: 1 year (preferred). Sales: 1 year (preferred). Work Location: In person.
