Product Assurance Specialist

As a Product Assurance Specialist - Tolerance Management at Bertrandt, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and precision of our products. Your expertise in tolerance management will be crucial in defining geometric specifications and coordinating with specialist departments. You will also be responsible for presenting results and supporting the team from concept to series production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tolerance management strategies to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define geometric specifications and reference systems
- Present results and findings to stakeholders
- Support the team in concept development, design, and production
- Interpret and document statistical tolerance calculations and sensitivity analyses
Requirements:
- Relevant engineering degree or relevant experience
- Knowledge of tolerance management, simulation, reference systems, measurement technology, and quality assurance
- Experience with CAD and tolerance software (e.g. CATIA V5, Siemens NX, 3DCS)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
