We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to join our team in Marfleet Lane, Hull. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the store's presentation and visual appeal are maintained, and achieving sales objectives.

About the Role

This part-time position involves working 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to enhance your earnings by taking on management duties. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Steer the team towards excellence in customer service and sales performance
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences, handling any concerns or complaints
  • Maintain the store's high standards of presentation and visual appeal
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while boosting team morale and motivation
  • Juggle tasks efficiently, balancing front-of-house and back-of-house duties

Your Background

  • Proven experience in sales assistance, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment

  • A dynamic personality, grounded in honesty and organisation
