About the Role:

We are looking for highly skilled project managers from senior to associate level who have experience working on residential projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have a strong understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To lead and manage multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • To identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize potential impacts.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction, engineering, or business administration.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
